Here are the rules for the forum, anyone who disobeys them risks having their posting privileges taken away.
1-Don't spam
2-Don't talk about anything that violates forumotion's TOS
3-Any rules for the guild (except siege related rules, which will be made once we start doing siege) apply to the forum as well.

I think it's 99 because guild invite stopped working at 99 until I kicked one of my alts. Once I do my housecleaning of inactives we'll probably have a lot more room for members.
